Fixed Price Menu

Enjoy a 3-course menu served by soldier servants in the charming heritage setting of Fort Henry.   Dinner is served on February 13 and 14 only from 5:00 p.m.  Dinner includes your choice of any starter, main course and dessert with tea or coffee.   Space is limited so reserve your table now.  A full bar service is available.  Parking is located inside Fort Henry beside the dining rooms.
 

Appetizers
choice of:
Asparagus spears & cheddar strips wrapped in bacon and puff pastry; served on a bed of mixed greens; or
Potato & Leek and Curried Carrot Duet Soup; or
Grilled shrimp skewer on a bed of mixed greens

Main Course
choice of:
Grilled giant scallops with a dill cream sauce on a bed of sautéed peppers and dressed fettuccine noodles; or
Roast rack of lamb with mint sauce, sweet potato puree and vegetable medley; or
Prime rib with jus and horse radish with mashed potatoes and vegetable medley; or
Georgian stuffed pepper with a tomato picalilly (vegan) with sweet potato puree and vegetable medley.

Dessert
Choice of:
Chocolate mousse, berry and custard Napoleon; or
Rosewater meringues with a cherry and brandy filling; or
Strawberry tart topped with a chocolate covered strawberry
