Fixed Price Menu

Enjoy a 3-course menu served by soldier servants in the charming heritage setting of Fort Henry.   Dinner is served on February 14 only from 5:00 p.m. and includes your choice of starter, main course, dessert and tea or coffee.   Space is limited so reserve your table now.  A full bar service is available.  Parking is located inside Fort Henry beside the dining rooms.

Appetizers
choice of:
Asparagus spears wrapped in bacon and puff pastry with cheddar cheese on a bed of mixed greens; or
Chevre croquettes with balsamic vinegar reduction on a bed of mixed greens; or
Fort Henry seafood chowder; or
Gruyère fondue for two.

Main Course
choice of:
Surf and Turf: bacon-wrapped scallops with pork tenderloin served with a dilled cream sauce; or
Roast rack of lamb with mint sauce; or
Prime rib with gravy and horse raddish; or
Mushroom stuffed trout; or
Georgian stuffed pepper (vegan).

All main courses are served with a vegetable stuffed cucumber and sweet potato puree.
 

Dessert
Choice of:
Chocolate mousse with chocolate covered strawberries; or
Rosewater meringues with a strawberry and brandy coulis; or
Cherry tart with a chocolate drizzle; or
Chocolate cheesecake
