Saturday, March 15 and Monday, March 17, 2008 only (from 5:00 p.m.)

Your and your guests can drive into Fort Henry and park beside the Officers' Dining Rooms.  You will be served a 3-course fixed-price menu by soldier servants.  Your dinner will include a choice of starter, main course, dessert and tea or coffee.

$20.00 adult / $14 children under 12 years
(not including taxes or gratuities)

STARTERS
choice of:
Green split pea & ham soup; or
Shamrock Salad: baby spinach with roasted vegetables, crispy bacon and goats cheese; or
Creamed pea and chicken tart with mixed greens

MAIN COURSES

choice of:
Guinness Irish beef stew with colcannon potatoes; or
Beer battered fish with chips and purple coleslaw; or
Stuffed roast of pork with mustard sauce, colcannon potatoes and carrot, turnip and string bean medley; or
Lamb and pork pie with carrot, turnip and string bean medley; or
Stuffed green pepper with colcannon potatoes and carrot, turnip and string bean medley (vegan).

DESSERTS

choice of:
Tipsy cake; or
Bread pudding with whiskey sauce; or
Warmed spice cake with apple sauce.
