Mother will love being served by soldier servants in the heritage setting of Fort Henry's Officers' Dining Rooms for this traditional family occasion.   Parking is inside Fort Henry immediately adjacent to the dining rooms.  Note that the brunch is a table-service function with a fixed-price menu.  A full bar service is available.

$15 (adult ) or $10 (children 12 years and under)
(not including taxes and gratuities )
Note: a $1.50 plus GST Fort Henry admission charge will be applied to each attendee.

Brunch Menu

Breakfast Plate: bacon, sausage, fried eggs, toast, home-fried potatoes and fresh fruit.
French toast stuffed with brie cheese, bacon and cranberries; topped with cranberry sauce and crumbled bacon and served with fresh fruit.
Minced lamb pie wedge served with crème fraîche and a diced cucumber salad with mint and mixed greens.
Chicken Curry: Chicken pieces fricasseed in a gentle curry sauce served on a bed of basmati rice and garnished with a pappadom.
Stuffed roast of pork with baked apple and mashed potatoes.
Salmon Napoleon: A baked salmon fillet in s stack with grilled eggplant, peppers and a rice cake and drizzled with a Hollandaise sauce.
 

All beverages and a-la-carte desserts are available for an additional charge.
Note: Vegans and vegetarians may request special plates with their reservations.
Child's plates are available with chicken fingers, French fries, vegetable sticks and dipping sauces.
