Enjoy a Mardi Gras evening at historic Fort Henry.  You will be served a  three-course fixed-price menu inspired by New Orleans and the 'Cajun' flavours of Louisiana.  A full bar service is available with feature drinks for your enjoyment.  You will be served by soldier servants in the decorated heritage mess rooms in this world heritage site.  Reserve your table early!  Drive into Fort Henry via the main gate and park in front of the restaurants.  No charge for parking.  A full bar service is available with some feature drinks.
