Cajun Gumbo with Sausage; or
Grilled Shrimp Skewers on a Bed of Dressed Mixed Greens
Romaine Salad with Candied Pecans, Diced Apple and Raisins Dressed with a Remoulade Sauce

ENTREE
choice of:
Stuffed Roast of Pork with Apple-Pepper Chutney, Garlic Mash,
Apple Cider Gravy, Louisiana Vegetable Medley and Cracklin; or
Baked Cat Fish with Dirty Rice and Louisiana Vegetable Medley; or
Prime Rib with Garlic Mash and Louisiana Vegetable Medley; or
Rice Cake Etoufee (a vegan rice cake smothered in a tomato chili)
