Valentines Day FEBRUARY 14 - 5:30 / 6:00 / 7:30 / 8:00 2012 February 14, experience Fort Henry for Valentine's Day. We are taking reservations for 5:30, 6:00, 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. You will be served by soldier servants in the officers mess rooms. A full bar service is available. Drive into Fort Henry via the main gate and park in front of the Restaurant. Note that at Fort Henry there is a $1.50 per person charge added to your bill as an admission to the World Heritage Site. This fee goes directly to Fort Henry to support their preservation programs.

STARTERS
Baked brie with cranberry and crumbled bacon in puff pastry: served with baquette and celery sticks Roasted beet, caramelized onions and romaine salad with blue cheese dressing Poached perch with mixed greens & a balsamic vinaigrette Cock-a-leekie soup
MAIN COURSES Baked red snapper mounted on a bed of mixed beans and rice with crumbled bacon, chopped mint and cariander dressed in a cream,white wine and crushed peppercorn sauce Turkey-stuffed quail with orange sauce; served with thyme mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables Briased lamb shank with minted gravy, thyme-mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables Braised beef with a roasted portobello mushroom with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables Red pepper stuffed with diced beans, sauteed vegetables, corainder, ginger and rice dressed with a tomato salsa DESSERTS Kingston raisin and whiskey pie with whipped cream Fanned poached pear on a Belgian waffle with Drambuie sauce Chocolate mousse with Grand Marnier cream
