Make Fort Henry Candlelight Dining
a Holiday Tradition, 2007

Soldier servants will look after you at Fort Henry National Historic Site (Ontario's only World Heritage Site) during the holiday season. We are pleased to welcome casual diners as well as reserved groups into the beautifully decorated Officers' Mess. A feature fixed price menu is available with choices for the appetizer, main course and dessert. Fort Henry is a special place for you to celebrate the holiday season with family, friends and colleagues. Private rooms are available for reserved groups of 15 or more daytime or evening. Groups may choose to customize menus to meet special needs or order from the feature menu. Drive into Fort Henry through the west gate and park beside the Officers' Dining Rooms. Note that there is a $50 minimum surcharge when requesting a private room for your group.
New Years' Eve look for our special fixed price dining at Fort Henry with sittings at 5:30 and 8:30 p.m.

Prime Rib:
Prime rib served with

4. Maple-Baked Salmon Fillet
A 6 ounce baked salmon fillet glazed with maple syrup served with a
dilled rice cake and vegetable medley
5. Georgian Stuffed Pepper (VEGAN):
Vegans or vegetarians will enjoy our yellow pepper stuffed with sauteed
and seasoned veggies, diced beans, tomato sauce and cous-cous; served with an
Asian rice cake; vegetable medley and spicy tomato coulis.
