Looking for a unique and entertaining dining experience that won't break the budget?  The Officers' Dining Rooms at Fort Henry are open each evening from July 1 to August 30, 2008 from 5:15 to 9:00 p.m. for Candlelight Dining.  Don't say please or thank you to the soldier servants who are at your call with the snap of a finger!  You will be treated like guests of the officers' mess at the time of Queen Victoria.

Each night a 3-course fixed-price menu is available with choices for starter, main course and dessert (tea and coffee included).  Fixed-price menu entree options include Prime Rib, Chicken Fricassee, a 10-ounce Frenched pork loin chop, Rack of Lamb, Maple-Baked Salmon or a Georgian Stuffed Pepper (vegan meal). An a-la-carte menu with several reasonably-priced selections is also available except for Fort Henry performance nights.    Casual attire is welcome. Except special performance nights, dinner guests only may stroll through Fort Henry on a self-guided walking tour before or after dinner.  A full bar service is available. We are proud to feature a fine selection of wines from near-by Prince Edward County.
